Our process in three steps

Design without strategy is decoration. Exhibition projects rarely fail due to a lack of creativity – they fail because it remains unclear what the stand is supposed to achieve. That's why we start with questions, not sketches. And because design and production think as one from day one, insights from the workshop feed directly into the concept – and vice versa.

Concept & design

We begin with a comprehensive briefing to establish the strategic foundations of your project together. From there, our designers develop initial concepts that have already been reviewed for feasibility and budget. They think in terms of visitor flow, focal points, and interaction zones – every decision functionally grounded and tied back to your brand. Our tandem principle ensures that creative and technical perspectives work hand in hand from the start.

Planning & production

The design is translated into precise CAD plans, specifying material thicknesses, connection details, cable routes, and light sources down to the last detail. This ensures your project is technically and logistically sound before production begins. In our workshop, carpentry, metalwork, paint shop, and electrical all operate under one roof. Short paths enable direct coordination between trades – complex details are resolved right at the workpiece.

Installation & service

Installation is carried out by the same teams who built the stand. They know every detail, every connection, and every unique aspect of the project. This creates precision on site and the ability to respond quickly to unforeseen requirements. After the trade fair, we handle dismantling, professional storage, and maintenance – so your stand is ready to go for the next event.
