Full-service exhibition stand & interior design:
Where craft meets creativity
Great Ideas. Delivered. Our claim is more than a promise — it describes our approach and our process. At Atelier Seitz, design and craft work side by side, at our studio in Niederneuching near Munich. That means every project — from the first sketch to the final detail — is carried by the same people, the same attitude, the same standards. You have one point of contact instead of five separate vendors, no friction at the handover points, and at the end: A brand space that delivers on what the concept promises.
Vision meets execution.
Some companies design. Others build. Having both in one place is rarer than you might think. At Atelier Seitz, interior architects work no more than twenty metres away from the master craftspeople and skilled tradespeople who turn designs into reality — in our carpentry, metalwork, paint, and electrical workshops. That proximity changes how we think, and therefore what becomes possible. Craft insights inform the design process; design ambition elevates the execution. Each shapes the other, each refines the other.
The result is not a compromise between idea and reality, but spaces where the two simply belong together.
The brief was the hardest part. We'll take it from here.
Three reasons for brand spaces from a single source.
How we work
Our process in three steps
What looks like a linear process from the outside follows a different logic on the inside. Not a sequence of steps to be worked through one by one, but an interplay in which design and production continuously inform and sharpen each other. Because both sides have always thought and worked together here, this dynamic fundamentally shapes what is possible within a project. The knowledge that emerges along the way does not disappear at handover. It carries into the next project — as experience, as material knowledge, as a sharpened instinct for what a space truly needs to function and endure.
Concept & design
Every project begins with an in-depth briefing, where the strategic and creative foundations are established together. What should a space achieve, who is it designed for, and what should it communicate about a brand? Only once these questions are answered do our designers — from architecture, interior design, and design — begin developing concepts. Their work never happens in a vacuum. Our tandem principle ensures that creative and technical perspectives work in tandem from the very start, so that every design decision is simultaneously tested for feasibility and grounded in the brand. The result: No concept that later fails the test of reality.
Planning & production
Once the design is confirmed, it is translated into precise plans — covering material thicknesses, structural details, surfaces, and connection points — fully resolved on a technical level before production begins. Costs and timelines are committed to before the first cut is made. Production takes place in our own workshops: carpentry, metalwork, paint, and electrical, all in one place, with short lines of communication and direct coordination across all trades. As a full-service company, we manage the entire process. There is one point of contact and no interfaces where quality or time gets lost.
Installation & service
Those who build something themselves install it differently — and that difference shows on site: No briefing others in, no back-and-forth, just calm precision from the people who made it. What gets handed over are spaces and brand experiences that work from day one, carefully documented and designed so that future adjustments go just as smoothly as the installation itself. A space's true potential, however, is not proven at handover — it is proven in daily use. That is why we stay by our clients' side long after the build is complete.
At Atelier Seitz, you work with a team that takes responsibility rather than distributing it. The same people who design your brand space also build it — and stand behind it during and after installation.
