Analysis & concept development

We begin with a thorough assessment – whether office, showroom, or retail space. We analyse how employees work, how clients and visitors experience the space, which processes function well, and where spatial conditions leave room for improvement. On this basis, we develop a spatial concept with visualisations that not only convinces aesthetically, but specifically meets the requirements of your operations and makes your company culture tangible within the space.

Planning & technical development

Our design team and workshops collaborate from the very beginning. Design decisions are immediately checked for technical feasibility, while materials, constructions, and finishes are considered and coordinated in parallel. This close exchange between creation and craft prevents good ideas from failing in execution. At the end of the planning phase, you know not only the design outcome, but also costs and timeline in binding form.

Production & coordination

Custom-made elements are created in our own workshops – joinery, metalwork, paint shop, and electrical – all under one roof, with direct communication between trades. Where standard solutions make more sense economically and qualitatively, we deploy them strategically. As general contractor, we take on full coordination of all trades involved and schedule construction phases to minimise disruption to your ongoing operations.

Installation & aftercare

Our own teams handle on-site installation and hand over move-in ready spaces that work from day one. We carefully document the fit-out so that future adjustments or expansions can be made seamlessly. Our collaboration doesn't end with handover – we remain your long-term partner for everything that follows.
