Storage: Where projects await
their next appearance

Our warehouse isn't a final destination, but a stopover: Carefully packed, exhibition stands that were just staging brands and captivating visitors now await their next appearance. Some of these concepts have been with us for years, regularly maintained and rebuilt, while others have only recently joined our inventory. Whether expansive brand environments, compact niche stands, or individual modules and furniture pieces, the distinction is secondary: Every element stored here can be reimagined, recombined, and activated for future appearances.

Life after the trade fair isn't a matter of faith …

… it's part of the concept. An exhibition stand designed for multiple appearances from the outset pays for itself faster than many expect. What's already built, tested, and paid for doesn't need to be created anew. The more frequently a stand is used, the more consistently the original investment pays off – economically and ecologically. What's often underestimated: Planning efforts and lead times are noticeably reduced as well. Creating room for what truly matters: Reaching people, having conversations, leaving a lasting impression.

We create this freedom by supporting every project beyond a single trade fair date: From dismantling to professional storage and preparation for the next appearance. Because our teams have designed, manufactured, and assembled most of the stored stands themselves, they know every detail by heart.

Adaptable in form. Consistent in impact.

Reuse doesn't mean repetition. Many stored exhibition stands can be deployed again, even when requirements have fundamentally changed: The floor space is larger or smaller, a corner stand needs to become a row stand, the thematic focus has shifted. All of this is possible when the stand was designed for flexibility from the start.

This adaptability has strategic value: A modular stand creates continuity in appearance because its construction follows the brand identity – not a rigid building-block system. Structures, materials, and colour palettes make a lasting impression, even when the stand takes on a different form at each event. What remains is a brand people recognise – because it's built on a well-considered foundation and can evolve from there.

Storage as part of the sustainability strategy

Sustainability has become a fixed element of trade fair communication, yet actual implementation often falls short. The most consistent form of resource conservation isn't recycling – it's reuse. What already exists doesn't need to be produced anew. A stored exhibition stand saves the production of new elements with every subsequent appearance – entirely. This isn't about offsetting, but about genuine avoidance that can be quantified. For companies that want to put sustainability into practice rather than simply use it as a message, storage becomes more than a logistical decision. It's a measurable contribution to resource conservation and circular economy that can be communicated credibly to the outside world.
