The Next 100 Years

As one of the world's most-attended trade fairs, BAUMA serves as a central stage for international market leaders in the construction machinery and equipment industry every three years. Here, technological innovation and spatial design converge to create impressive brand experiences that go far beyond conventional product presentations. With the realization of the 2025 anniversary exhibition, Atelier Seitz once again had the privilege of designing a comprehensive exhibition stand for Caterpillar and Zeppelin Baumaschinen, continuing a long-standing and trusted partnership.

BAUMA 2019: Rewrite the rules

Under the motto "Rewrite the Rules," Caterpillar presented an innovative stand concept in 2019. Kinetic elements, such as movable "tiles" on the ceiling, symbolized the digital data flow. A 24-meter-wide LED wall with near-4K resolution served as the central medium for product showcases. The highlight: A six-meter-tall tilting podium used for spectacular show acts.

BAUMA 2022: Let's do the work

Zeppelin's concept on the BAUMA stage was an ode to digitalization. "Bits & Bytes" hovered above the stand, representing the data streams transmitted from the LED screen to both the machines and global data recipients. The heartbeat of the exhibition stand was the Innovation Area, where Zeppelin Baumaschinen's leading technologies and services were presented, supported by a massive LED screen measuring 18 x 7 meters.

BAUMA 2025: The next 100 years

Marking Caterpillar's 100th anniversary, we realized an exhibition stand in 2025 that connected past and future. Under the motto "The Next 100 Years," we created an immersive brand world spanning nearly 9,000 m² in Hall B6. The completely darkened hall with black carpeting created a focused atmosphere, with a spacious rotunda and digital column at its center guiding visitor flow.

At the heart of the stand was the "Cat Performance Center," showcasing the latest technologies and digital solutions. A particular highlight was the Dozer D6 XE in the special "Centennial Grey" finish, paying tribute to the first Caterpillar machines. With over 50 exhibits, including 23 new releases, Caterpillar demonstrated impressively how tradition and innovation go hand in hand.
