BAU 2025

Size

153 m²

For BAU 2025 in Munich, a holistic brand environment was developed for the Swiss company fabromont, focusing on textile identity, sustainable design, and multisensory experience.

The central guiding idea was to make the visual and tactile quality of Kugelgarn® floor coverings spatially tangible. The 153 m² stand was structured into several atmospherically distinct zones, differentiated in materiality, colour, and function – while forming a coherent overall impression:

  • Reception and welcome area with a generous, purist counter and ample space to absorb the various textile zones – open, inviting, and clearly aligned with the fabromont brand.

  • Product zone featuring colour-rich floor samples and large-format display surfaces that showcase the broad application range of the coverings. An angled mirror was also installed above the podium to allow viewers standing further away to watch the regular presentations.

  • Lounge and conversation areas furnished with seating on Kugelgarn® carpets, embedded within plant elements and textile room dividers that created a homely atmosphere.

  • Meeting zone with a large table and ergonomic office chairs – openly designed yet clearly defined by textile wall hangings that provide visual zoning while also offering subtle acoustic benefits. An integrated screen enabled digital presentations directly within the conversation setting.

  • Central core unit with integrated kitchen, storage, and technical connections – functionally concealed at the heart of the stand architecture.

"Atelier Seitz's very first concept convinced us. The collaboration was highly enjoyable throughout both planning and construction, and the result exceeded all expectations once again."
